Love this video, you really ask the right questions. At the moment, I am considering on starting up a construction company myself (I am a structural engineer), and these questions really help putting the plan together. Many thanks and best wishes from Belgium.

Thanks for speaking on modular construction and I also think it's the future of the building industry to some aspect. The biggest challenge that can arise is not having the correct and revised documents before shipping to consumers. This can result in lost time and an increased in funds.
    Stay safe

As a Structural engineer in a modular construction company in India, everything mentioned here is 100% accurate! Thank you @Brendan Hasty

we need lots of standards for the modular construction. land lot size, standardized modular supported foundation, MEPs, etc. Then we can just buy homes like we buy cars, and we will have used modular home market! This eliminates the need of demolishing older building, reducing the cost.

It's very intersting to see it being explored in western countries and how they can expand and make the modular design more nicer to look at atleast. At home more than 70% of buildings are the old communist modular panel ones. The engineering is good, the connections are fine, the system works. The only problem is upkeep, repair and maintanence.

Respectfully, I think you should give the filming another go. Not your best work. I respect you working through your exhaustion, but it is a bit hard to understand you at times. Wonderful video in spite of all that tho. Thank you for your work.
