Nowhere did that lady ever agree to wearing a mask as a condition of closing her account. Take it to an extreme in a thought experiment where a bank decides on a very specific dress code in order to withdraw your money and close your account and tresspasses anyone who comes in with the intention of doing that. If someone is unwilling to comply with new rules of a business, they should be given the option to end their business relationship peacefully.

I remember one guy that tried to speak for his wife to me and I told him that I need to speak to the account holder, he refused, I terminated the call and I think they owe... several thousands now? Good job, I like it.
The hardest part about finding newer, sovereign, citizen videos is that a lot of them these days are the “Moorish” sovereign citizens But if you try searching that on TH-cam a lot of times they won’t come back properly because the big channels don’t seem to like that most of the newer breed sovereign citizens are not white
They're not in the news as much because they're not new and they're not coming up with anything new. Realistically speaking, you could watch something from 2004 and you wouldn't see a lick of difference from how they act now.
Sovereign citizens are an interesting sort. There are, occasionally, times when they hit on some interesting legal paradigms - but they are often destructive to their own cause. In many cases where they are legally in the right, they have undermined the appeal of their case to the public. A related example is in the offender registries. Legally, they are dubious and I don't buy them as a moral entity. However, most of the challenges to them are people who illustrate abuses of the concept. However, increasingly, any offense which could involve sex has been used by prosecutors to pursue mandatory registration with a federal system. Which is part of the problem. It's a federal database maintained by the states under grant and there are few federal constraints on how the system is used. One state only registers hard offenses with high recidivism, another state has the 18 year old who had a 17 year old girlfriend register and/or considers solicitation of a prostitute illegal and an offense due mandatory registration as an offender. Even in the cases where the system is in the wrong, you don't really want to support the people. Then there are others in the sovereign citizen arena who are like watching the Dukes of Hazard. But there are a lot of people in jail on these legal theories. My recommendation to people who believe them is to prepare for that conflict with armed people accordingly and choose battles wisely.
it's like they're all absolute idiot geniuses at shining lights at questionable government behavior. they're really good at it, but for all the wrong reasons, and all they end up doing is accidentally justify the otherwise questionable government behavior.
the reason the videos are so hard to find is because of law & crime network dmca ing everyone trying to extort them for 500$ a min for PUBLICLY OWNED/non-copyrighted videos of courtrooms and police body cam releases.
It's partially reasonable, because these videos cost a lot in fees to receive from the court. Still no excuse, but I would put some blame on the system that charges citizens money for information we have the right to see.
@@MegaSimmaster oh no its not those videos. these were the people that were there recording/livestreaming high profile trials last few years and were directly ordered by court that they have no rights to the videos, and they must not be paywalled to view [at least for 2 or 3 of them] rakieta law at the time was on war path with them. also for the body cam video releases, they were dmcaing ones that were publicly available from the police/local news channels.

There were several homes on the property, many of which were built in the 70s or even 40s. official records showed only 1 home built in the 60s. they owned only 1 or 2 old beater trucks and mostly got around using ATVs and almost never used the paved roads. they didnt seem to be some strange cult, just people who had no interest in what was going on in the outside world....other than if folks were still buying their weed. yeah they had a bunch of small grows all over their property. they were cool as hell but they avoided using public utilities and roads because they didnt want to be subject to public laws. thats a soveriegn citizen, not the idiot who decides they can drive drunk in the wrong lane on a interstate while living on welfare. and sovereign vitizens tend to repect private property laws above all elses, so someone arguing with a buisness owner over masks is a wannabe.

@@stec3420It's close enough for youtube to make a hissy fit. TH-cam also has notes saying flat earth isn't a thing on videos debunking and dunking on flat earth.
is this a US specific thing, cause I see no notes.
@@LonelyAncient nah euros get em too. Now you might be in a specific region where it doesnt.
I think the problem with the bank thing is they have her money. If she does not want to do business with a target, she can just not go in, but to stop doing business with a bank requires you to go in, withdraw all of your money, and close your account.
Turned around to leave after he had said she was being arrested for trespassing

Sovereign citizens are a strange bunch. Entertaining, but very strange. Thanks for the clip on this fine day. May you travel freely by your conveyance, sterling Fox Woman. Lol.
12:23 she sounds vaccinated and triple-boosted💉
13:43 she actually REEE'd😂
0:55 hey, my home state! Maybe I shouldn't be so excited.
Oooooh spicy foxu has good taste, watching sovereign citizen get tased is indeed kino ^^ . Also Münecat did a really good, and loooooong, deepdive into sovereign citizen. Well worth a watch.
Jim old video on them is still good to watch.
What's sad, is the gal on the plane reminds me of someone I know. Also never talk to the cops. She's getting hella evidence stacked on her.
Officer Gorilla Grip: I dont have time for this. Its late, im tired, i wanna go home and see my wife and kid.
31:59
I love how this was tagged with a definition of a sovereign citizen. As if you were in support.
Well i didn't know about it but since there is a context box i know believe there is truth to it.
Dammit Officer Timothy, you gotta stop looking into crazy lady eyeballs, man. You're leading them on.
Too busy lately to catch streams so glad Foxu is uploading highlights from streams I likely missed.
"Darell Brooks." You need to watch his whole trial.
Remember: If you're using a browser, you can always block element out the context boxes.
I have to deal with these types all the time for my work. Unlike a lot of people I just go; 'yeah, sure bud, you want help, you follow the process. Otherwise, we're done and you'll be owing this money.' I remember one guy that tried to speak for his wife to me and I told him that I need to speak to the account holder, he refused, I terminated the call and I think they owe... several thousands now? Good job, I like it.
2:00 Ridiculous AF, but they still do it!
XD
0:21 she talks about sovereign citizen videos the way my brain talks about... other clips.
I actually have an uncle who's a "sovereign citizen." He's way off the deep end.
38:48 the difference between 5'8 and 6'2
The only law anyone needs is the law of Colt. For Colt made all men equal.
Jim already gave us a good video this.
The hardest part about finding newer, sovereign, citizen videos is that a lot of them these days are the “Moorish” sovereign citizens
But if you try searching that on TH-cam a lot of times they won’t come back properly because the big channels don’t seem to like that most of the newer breed sovereign citizens are not white
Vtubers and laughing at SovCits. Those are my two favourite things on youtube.
🤦♂️ why was the first one have to be in Charleston WV… please don’t let that be one of my relatives
"Your stream will end in 30 minutes."
*Checks the length of the video.*
Well I don't know about the stream but seems about right.
YT trying to make the Sovereign Citizen movement look bad, they just make them sound Based.
It would be based if all of them weren't meth addicted Christian schizoids.
WINDOW SMASH LET'S GO!!!!
12:19 "not cool" lmao
Wiki calls it a "scam"? well hell sign me up
I love how these Sovs self-report their own footage thinking they got a win over the state.
the "why would you ARREST me I am a HUMAN UUUU" people are why we have laws instead of people just automatically getting along
Watches on phone in wide mode.
Worth it
I am a 33 year old person with really bad knees thanks to osteonecrosis and i can stand up easier than that.
I imagine the sovereign citizens themselves are the ones who copyright struck the comp channels.
Huh.
I was just rewatching a series of videos avout these guys made by a weatherman last night.
Great to see more of them from the Fox.
Daddy Jim still lives!
@24:31 The guy who divorced his wife over that actually did his wife a favor. She deserves better.
"Context" ~ *Before you watch this video, let the ministry of truth tell you how and what to think about the opinions expressed within*
Sovereign citizens, or "I want to abuse your system, your benefits, and even your laws until I break them and have to deal with the consequences."
3:50 Oh it's a power trip
Just trying to be special!
Kirsche is my spirit animal
Didn't know SovCits werre still a thing, it's been years since i've heard anything of them
Didn't Mistor Metokur do a video on them a while ago.
They're not in the news as much because they're not new and they're not coming up with anything new. Realistically speaking, you could watch something from 2004 and you wouldn't see a lick of difference from how they act now.
Sov cits are one of my favorite internet punching bags.
What gives the rule of law validity?
Hi Kirsche, just letting you know I put you as a favorite vtuber in mahjong soul. You should really give mahjong a shot.
There was a wiki note? Got removed…heh those dummies got used to overstepping.
We need another itsaGundam collab!
Sovereign citizens and vtubers have now overlapped
Ah fun, this also has its own context warning
the reason the videos are so hard to find is because of law & crime network dmca ing everyone trying to extort them for 500$ a min for PUBLICLY OWNED/non-copyrighted videos of courtrooms and police body cam releases.
@@mrmors1344 oh, so absolutely no excuse then. Hope these copyright trolls quit their crap.
I can't believe I missed this.

60 year old grandmother should remember her own grandparents having to wear masks after ww1. The cops of that era were not as gentle as cops are now.
hate these wannabees that call themselves sovereign citizens declaring them seperate from the system while living off the system.
ive met very few people who actually fit the ideals of the sovereign citizen and most of them live in very rural areas and are so off the grid that most of the government dont even know they exist.
i remember when my pops owned some property in really backwoods kentucky. nearest neighbors used well water, solar, and a generater. they owned 2000 acres that had been in the family for many generations.
I think that old lady already did the illegal thing, so arresting her was already gonna happen, maybe
Have to disagree with it being "simple" to just not go places if you dont want to wear a mask. If you lived in a small town of masky nutbars you had nowhere else to go.
For someone who understood bridge and tyranny in that form, to completely disregard it here because it is the businesses' rights is just sad.
The masks and the vaccines and the buying of land and the woke agenda... it's all connected.
What is it you folks say? “If you don’t like it, leave”?
@@JAWsInfinity ok I used small town as an example coz y'all are Americans. I was in entire bloody country like that, and you weren't allowed to leave even if you could afford it. It was fully the law here too. Hi from NZ.

I hate watching shit like this. It reminds me of all the girls in my family. Unhinged and unwell. Hurts to watch
