how do you activate devil
Certain moves allow you to go into devil form, ff2, b3, 2+3 and df1,2. There are some more but I didn't use them.

@Emre24291 he requires lots of execution but don't let that stop you, I enjoy playing him even though he isn't the best character
@@kay_1998Ik execution skill is high and I am used to play non top tier chars from other games but those are also the ones who make the most fun
