Superborn reacted and celebrated the way he did after that brutal KO to Petrosyan was not a way of disrespect to his down opponent but more of a reaction to show the world they were wrong and Petrosyan can go to sleep early. LOL. Superborn's being poor from Thailand made him a better fighter and more humble.

I dont think Petrosyan will be quite the same after such a brutal KO at his age. I mean in the ring, his punch resistance will be weaker, we see this in boxing when a fighter gets KO'd bad or beaten up.

Georgio didn't have a confident look in his eye before the fight - and really looked bad on the stool after round 1. It was the same disconnected look that Masvedal and McGreggor had at the beginning of their last fights. I think that fight proves that they are both top technicians. And this was an example at what happens in a split second, if you get caught

One are signing mostly outdated fighters, they couldn't get Petrosyan say 5 years ago at his prime so really, he can't go on forever. One need to sign fighters are their prime if they want to stay in the game. Thing is I hear they are bleeding $$$ and the Sing. govt. is a little reluctant to keep bailing em out. Anyway nice pod !
Petrosyan first fought under ONE back in 2018 against Smokin Jo Nattawut, it was also the first year ONE started featuring Muay Thai and KB matches. That's close to 4 years ago now. 5 years ago, ONE was exclusively MMA.
@@bons244 They did that cause no one paid to watch the 3rd rate mma, that's why they are struggling for $$$ now. I hope Liam and his friends keep a close eye on this and make sure they don't get short changed. That would not be good.

@@bons244 I wouldn't call it inside info but I know a couple of guys who used to train at a certain gym in SG, where all this started and their stories tally with the developments I see. You do know you can be trading underwater so long as you have funds to keep running costs going yah ? As I said that source is ultimately the SG govt., ONE FC was partly a political project. But for how much longer will the bail out continue ?

Not sure about how they are doing internationally, but in the Philippines, they are so big. I watched every single event they did in Manila, and it's packed every single time. I hope they make it good as the events are really fun to watch. I can't rely on UFC to bring us 1 live mma event every 5 years lol
