I just saw some people lying about and bashing Walt because they’re probably envious and like all the others who bash certain people of accomplishment. So I came here to upvote and support the channel as my vengeance on their slander of the great Walter Alias Disney. The web mob is gonna run out of people to badmouth eventually, they judge and attack with zero or next to zero evidence and act like they are perfect people themselves which is so clearly not true based on them trying to tear down great people so that they can feel superior and be edgy online. And they’ll tear down anyone. It’s like a pass time for them. They’re evil despicable people.
I took semester course on Robin Hood (yes, we had to learn to read Middle English!), and the conclusion in the mid-1990's was--nobody knows if he was a real guy or just based on one or pure Medieval wishful thinking! That was a fun course, but watching Walt introduce anything is fun. I love his dedication to research. It always looks like he's fully enjoying himself and letting his experts do their work. Thanks, Brian!
Thanks for uploading these! I always loved it when Disney DVDs included Walt’s introductions as Bonus Features. They sadly seemed to stop that as time went on and The Story of Robin Hood was one of the DVDs that didn’t have them.
There are so many lead-ins for feature films on the anthology I’d like to see. Perhaps Walt never made them for some. I’d like to see those records some day!
I love the "Return of the White Stallions" and "Big Red" about an Irish Setter that was always being shown in confirmation classes and was poorly handled by the owner handler!!
Videos and other media get stripped from archive.org just like TH-cam. I like the control, presentation, organization and community feel of TH-cam so I’m going to stick with it for the time being. Thanks for the suggestion though!
What I previously uploaded (months ago) had scenes from the film that needed to be removed due to copyright. I’ve never uploaded the full film since it’s on Disney+. What I have uploaded in part 1 and part 2 are Walt Disney’s lead-ins and lead-outs.
@@keepingwaltindisneywould you say eBay or Amazon is better for Disney stuff? Or Etsy. They have cool stuff there. I’ve got a few copies of saludos amigos saved which is a favorite of mine. There’s an original dvd that would be cool to have and I like the cover but the blue ray would probably be better. It’s I think usally cheaper for stuff on eBay but not always I don’t think.
My family would be watching this every Sunday. It was magical for us.
Thanks I needed this very much!!
😊
Part 2 has a little more Walt! See my Season 2 playlist!

The commercial at the end is so funny to me. As if they REALLY needed to sell the American people on this idea of "ice cream"
Yeah, seriously!!! It sells itself today!
That was nice! Now popping over to D+ to watch the film. Hope to see your Part 2 posted soon :)
Part 2 was posted a while ago: th-cam.com/video/9Mi30YXjz5Q/w-d-xo.htmlsi=hd4vBpPI2CFwg4Fc
I had to remove some copyright content from Part 1 and repost. 😀
@@keepingwaltindisney Ah, nice! Thx.
Isn't the one narrating the same
Narrator for Peter Pan (c.1953)?
It does sound like Tom Conway….but I’m not 100% certain.
It does sound like Tom Conway to me too👍😍
This year is Donald Duck's 90th birthday. Can you upload Donald Duck's 50th Birthday special from 1984 with commercials?
Wish you would do a internet archive page so no one can pull your posts.

Has the other video of Story of Robin Hood part 1 been removed?

Something is missing
You’ll have to go to Disney+ to see the entire film! There are DVD copies for sale on eBay that aren’t too pricey.
