So imagine this, an off duty police officer that doesn't identify himself gets into an altercation with someone over a disagreement in a parking lot and it escalates to a pushing match until the wife of the other person (not officer) tries to break it up, the other person (not officer) tries to disengage himself from the altercation when his wife gets into the middle to separate them, all the while the un-identifying officer continues to intimidate the disengaging man until finally the wife gets her disengaging husband separated and back into the car and while in the car sorting out what had just happened the officer in no immediate danger to his life chooses to walk all the way back to his car and gets his gun, walks all the way back to the other person that is in his car and while the other person and his wife have no idea what is about to happen, the officer points the gun at the man head and shoots and kills him, all without having any immediate danger to his life, to me that is premeditated murder. If I or you had done this we would have been handcuffed and carried to jail for premeditated murder, but this officer was released at the scene to go home and the police department, being the crooked department it is is now trying to lay blame on the man that was shot while sitting in his car talking to his wife thinking that the whole ordeal was over. We wait to see if SLED give justice to the right person. SUMMERVILLE, S.C.

It’s amazing how screwed up this new story is. Just listening to this the officer may have been dragged this may have happened that may have happened this is about as pathetic a new story as it gets. There was so many witnesses there it wasn’t funny and they all said the same thing the officer was the aggressor and the officer was dead wrong.
The law is respected but not always right. I hope that the truth comes out regardless. Question: Why is an off duty officer even engaging with use of force resulting in death when he is “. Off duty”. ?

I found out from someone who was there this fight was started BY THE COP because the other man HE KILLED took his parking spot!
