I'm sorry, I don't mean to bring the mood down but I just want to get something off of my head or chest. You don't have to read this, it's fine.
I had a rough day today. But now, I feel a little bit better than I did a while ago. I didn't eat breakfast and proper lunch. I didn't shower or even bothered to brush my teeth. Doing simple things seems like a chore. Whenever each class ended, I closed all the tabs and lied down on my bed. I slept for 1 hour at around 12 noon and was awakened by my worried nanny. I couldn't hold back my tears because all I did from the moment I woke up is watching videos on TH-cam about feeling depressed or unmotivated. To make me feel somehow seen or understood. This quarantine, especially when online school started, has made me worse than ever and I can tell. I didn't appreciate the happiness and stability I had last year until it was gone. I just want to say that CRAVITY and all of you, LUVITY, are one of the things that keep me going. Cravity Park is one of my places to go to if I need comfort and happiness even if it's just worthwhile. I don't know if this is strange but I don't really see the boys being idols to me. However, I do respect their high position and hard work that got them into where they are. I treat them as my best friends, as my older brothers I can trust and talk to. They feel like home. Whenever they hugged the screen on Vlive, it feels like it was real to me. Sadly, I don't understand the Korean language but I do want to learn it. I just don't have time for it now. And I've also lost interest in hobbies I used to love. To any of you who are struggling silently every day, I want you to know that I care for you. And these lovely, funny boys on the video can help you feel better too. It works for me, at least.

Making them do some yoga was such as a good idea. It's so healing. I started this year and this was the best thing I ever did. If anyone want to try, there is a lot of free yoga videos on youtube, Yoga with adriene is my favourite.
