Few year ago i went in a IELTS coaching center for learning English and asked the teacher that please explain me each word of passage how the grammar are applied on it. We know if the first word is adverb with three words after the article then why the first one is nuanced even if there are three words after the article in a sentence in your video.

আপনি বললেন Article বলা যাবে না এবং পূর্বের একটি উদাহরণে "a" কে adjective বললেন ৷
Please জানাবেন ৷
If ararticles ( a,an, the) modifies Adjectiive and adverb, it would be adverb. here a is adverb.
