I fasted for 2 weeks this month. After I split up with my ex on the first of the month, something inside of me clicked. The lord took over and kicked Satan out of the driver seat. I did a “180” so to speak. I fasted for about 2 weeks and have had some amazing dreams and visions. I am still in awe over what God has shown me. I am so glad you made it through too. This has been a rough month for a lot of us and I think the lord is preparing us
I have been attacked by a lot of people who have the religious spirit and its very important to be humble and kind and show God's love but you have to always tell them the truth and move forward
God save me yet again. He delivered me from a severe strep throat infection that travelled to my ears, eyes, lungs, and almost my brain. It spread that far in just 3 days. When it seemed all hope was lost my family doctor called and prescribed me with the anti biotic azythromycin. I’m starting to feel a lot better now. It’s been a rough ride but I can always trust in my lord to drive me through it ❤

Hello. I really want to get Closer with the Lord but I have recently learned of alot of things that I am doing wrong. Like wearing mascara and lipgloss, jewelry, PANTS!, mixed fabrics, and much much more. I'm still in school and it's not like I can just go to school with a dress and a skirt everyday, especially when the winter time rolls around. I'm trying to obey God the best I can but this is too overwhelming for me. I don't know if I am overthinking or what not. But all I am trying to do is live right with God. Doesn't God look at our hearts and our intentions? Isn't our intention more important than our appearance?? Alot of people whom I have messaged regarding my concerns have said that as long as you don't idolize something and do it with good intentions that you are good. But there have been people also saying that if I do it period, that I will go to hell. Which doesn't make me feel any better nor does it calm my overthinking down.
I think a religious spirit is more than just pride. It's more about the constant fear and confusion. Thinking God hates you if you make one simple mistake. It's like Thinking God doesn't love you, he tolerates you. It's also thinking that what you're doing is never enough. It's also living in constant paranoia. And the constant confusion comes from listening to both sides. Hearing from cult churches many times it caused me many confusion. I'm right now trying to break free from religious spirits. Please pray for me
I relate to this. I’ll say a prayer for you while I pray for myself too. Just yesterday I was crying because I was overwhelmed feeling like I’m under pressure because I really want to please God and I’m scared to disappoint him. Constantly over-judging, overthinking and over-analyzing.

@@jordyn_shorts I’m still struggling with this legalism but what I have learned is to check your heart. If your intentions of your heart agree with god’s standards then you’re good. But like some people said, don’t idolize it. Don’t make it your god. It is an abomination.

I have recently left a church due to the pharisees inside. Upon entering a new church, Instantly, oppression broke off me & the holy spirit rushed in. When being prayed over, my leadership was recognised & committed to the lord. Praise God for he uses the debased to also guide his people, removing them from the devils grasp & setting them in safe waters.
I have some family members with that religious spirit. We were raised catholic so we were indoctrinated. I realized Catholicism was off as a teenager because I had a couple of Christian friends. Thankfully their Christian knowledge stuck with me and in 2015, as an adult the Lord saved me! I try to tell my family that Catholicism/religion is not of God but they are lost. I ask them to show me where scripture tells them to pray/worship Mary or use a rosary when praying. They just have a blank stare on their face and say nothing. I’ve done this nicely and other times I just ask the question point blank. They just blindly follow these sick religious leaders without asking questions. I point out scripture about not having graven idols of any kind (crucifix or statues). They try to come up with excuses but they don’t get it because they haven’t read the Bible enough and are not familiar with God’s word. I pray the Lord has mercy on them.
This video is why I no longer attend churches or rather institutions. I’m good. Great video and very insightful. I would much rather be around sinners at least they have open hearts 🧬
Not all of them, but there have been areas of a religious spirit like doing things traditionally that I have observed others do that I have struggled with. I am glad that the Lord is working on me and by God’s grace, there has been progress and some set backs. I hope that as I grow in faith, grow in Christ, that I become more like Jesus, and less of myself. God bless you brother in Christ and God bless all of God’s children.

Amen. My cousin was complaining about someone asking her to put on her mask during the height of covid. They were so offended that they went on to accuse that person of not having faith in God etc. I simply said that GOD wants us to "treat each other with hospitality and not grumble about it" she went ballistic on me. I couldn't understand why, I was only quoting the bible.
I been guilty of having a religious spirit. We all been there before in our walk with God. Always stay humble and esteem people higher than yourself and you’ll do well in Jesus name

I just woke up to the Sabbath day/feasts days, covering my head (I consider this one a personal conviction), giving up pork and shrimp/crab meat, allll these commandments that I NEVER NOTICED BEFORE. It’s amazing how blinded I was to the Word of God. But I’m so grateful that He woke me up and set me on the narrow path! God declared all meat clean, we have no commandment to not eat particular foods. In addition, it would be ridiculous to think there was, because much of our food has poison in it in 2024 earth, in the form of preservatives and such. It is safe to say all meat is clean because under the new covenant God decreed it, that "it is what goes out of a man's mouth that defiles him, not what he puts into it".

It's basically Christians having their initial flesh attacks. We all get these at the baby stage and some never graduate from it unfortunately. This why it's so important to be humble and to constantly yield to God to consult about our daily interactions.
I won't be lying when I say this, God's my witness. I watched this around the time I sinned and the truth is I was struggling with pride and sex. immorality. Before I would judge others about it and homosexuality. But I realized that when I sinned I did not want to be judged but shown mercy. The problem is we have not been taught properly in the church, I don't go to church, I have a one on one with Jesus, I live through Jesus. A personal relationship is what Jesus wants with us. Abraham walked with God. We should walk with Jesus. Many don't know how because there too busy looking at the rules and regulations than enjoying the product, which is Jesus the king of kings. Jesus has shown me many things and condemnation is not one of them, The devil will use people to shun you so that you question your faith, which causes doubt. I'm me and my relationship with Jesus is personal just like a real BFF. If you don't walk with God now how are you going to walk with him in the kingdom because the kingdom is within you. faith is important and many people don't understand it. I'm not religious, I'm obedient. two different things, I'm not perfect and Jesus knows that, but through him I strive to be like him and that is the whole point.
Those with the religious/pharisee spirit are always trying to win arguments as opposed to trying to help God win souls over. You can also sense a lot of bitterness in those with this foul spirit. Too much bitterness and I forgiveness in others is also a sign of it, too.

Thank you Marc for the video, I have a good friend of mine who has these traits, and it's heartbreaking because he means well, but he's pridefull and doesn't listen to anybody, I don't want to cut him off, but I can only talk to him 2 times out of the month because I get stress out talking to him.
I noticed this Preaching on the Streets UK... I get a lot of grief from Churchianity, ask what Church I go, telling me they ordained... rather than anointed, and much more. Not once did I here them say Jesus Christ. Holy Ghost lead, discipled, anointed. Praise God.

This just happened to me, I talked to this women that I go to church with. I told her that god was speaking to me and she told me that it was not god and that god doesn't speak to people. She said I must go to church to know god, if that spirt is not leading me to church it is not of god. I told her that not everyone's calling was to be in church and that Jesus said "wherever two or more gather in my name I am amongst them". She got really offended an hung up the phone.

Every single point you made is beyond accurate. I've experienced every single one of these points from people that are so-called evangelists and pastors in the church.. I have even once had a pastor CUSS me out because I listened to what the Lord requested of me instead of him. I went to ask him if he was talking to me at the end of service and he bold face lied to me but his eyes and the Holy Spirit told me something else entirely. It's basically Christians having their initial flesh attacks. We all get these at the baby stage and some never graduate from it unfortunately. This why it's so important to be humble and to constantly yield to God to consult about our daily interactions.

I won't be lying when I say this, God's my witness. I watched this around the time I sinned and the truth is I was struggling with pride and sex. immorality. Before I would judge others about it and homosexuality. But I realized that when I sinned I did not want to be judged but shown mercy. The problem is we have not been taught properly in the church, I don't go to church, I have a one on one with Jesus, I live through Jesus. A personal relationship is what Jesus wants with us. Abraham walked with God. We should walk with Jesus. Many don't know how because there too busy looking at the rules and regulations than enjoying the product, which is Jesus the king of kings. Jesus has shown me many things and condemnation is not one of them, The devil will use people to shun you so that you question your faith, which causes doubt. I'm me and my relationship with Jesus is personal just like a real BFF. If you don't walk with God now how are you going to walk with him in the kingdom because the kingdom is within you. faith is important and many people don't understand it. I'm not religious, I'm obedient. two different things, I'm not perfect and Jesus knows that, but through him I strive to be like him and that is the whole point.
Those with the religious/pharisee spirit are always trying to win arguments as opposed to trying to help God win souls over. You can also sense a lot of bitterness in those with this foul spirit. Too much bitterness and I forgiveness in others is also a sign of it, too.

Thank you Marc for the video, I have a good friend of mine who has these traits, and it's heartbreaking because he means well, but he's pridefull and doesn't listen to anybody, I don't want to cut him off, but I can only talk to him 2 times out of the month because I get stress out talking to him.

I hate the religious spirit. I see it too much. They don't listen to the word.
I noticed this Preaching on the Streets UK... I get a lot of grief from Churchianity, ask what Church I go, telling me they ordained... rather than anointed, and much more. Not once did I here them say Jesus Christ. Holy Ghost lead, discipled, anointed. Praise God.
Thank you Marc, I just talked with someone of a religious spirit on the phone last night. He disregarded scripture, became emotional, refused to reason via Gods word and cut the conversation short.

This just happened to me, I talked to this women that I go to church with. I told her that god was speaking to me and she told me that it was not god and that god doesn't speak to people. She said I must go to church to know god, if that spirt is not leading me to church it is not of god. I told her that not everyone's calling was to be in church and that Jesus said "wherever two or more gather in my name I am amongst them". She got really offended an hung up the phone.

Every single point you made is beyond accurate. I've experienced every single one of these points from people that are so-called evangelists and pastors in the church.. I have even once had a pastor CUSS me out because I listened to what the Lord requested of me instead of him. I went to ask him if he was talking to me at the end of service and he bold face lied to me but his eyes and the Holy Spirit told me something else entirely. The Pharisee spirit is alive and well and they are the ones you truly need to look out for as well as the handlers/agents. All praises to the most high and thank you Marc for this video! 🙏🏽👏🏽
