Sir, India needs to have a deep state. By deep state, I mean a powerful bureaucracy which works intensely towards the national interests irrespective of the govt in power. US and China are powerful because they have a deepstate and group of think tanks which maintain continuity in their policies. Stable policies will strengthen our country.
