Been listening to hip hop for five decades haven't heard a more powerful song...his presence, and passion is untouchable along with some of the most impactful lyrics in the history of hip hop lyrics are simple but potent
That’s well said fam, I agree with everything you said. It’s sad how people criticize him for the simplicity in his lyrics when he excels in the other areas plus in his case “less is more”, I feel that complex lyrics would ruin the song that’s why he keeps the lyrics simple while showing his presence and passion to convey a power message.
@@PRSPR i remember got this in 2016 hope his music don't get removed from Spotify. Im gettin money is on here Do for love Only fear of Death is on here.
Good Reaction Homie, Classic song! The girl he was talking bout was actual a girl who got kill by a Korean woman store owner in LA. It was one the factors that kick off the Riots in LA of 92'. Pac had lyrics as well when he want to go in his bag, check out "If I Die 2nite"
Thank you fam! Thank you for providing me more background on Latasha’s story, I only heard her name brought up once in a Pac interview but I don’t believe he told her story so I didn’t know much about it. I actually have a reaction to that track, I really messed with that song heavy. He really showed people he can get lyrical when he wants to
To this day nobody has anything on this level the message the passion the energy he does what nobody else can do I don't care who you name they are not fucking with this
hes talking about latasha harlins who was shot by a korean lady 4 allegedely stealing juice then she was found not guilty theres a documentary on netflix called love song 4 latasha
The great thing about 2pac is he never over uses his words what people call lyricism is small stupid words that sound alike but don't mean anything and are the stupidest words ever
WHAT???!! he wasn’t lyrical like that?!! 😂😂😂 whoever said that I don’t know what they been smoking😂 The nigga is deep. A poet. Name a rapper right now who is that deep. Nas is the only closest one
You need to react to NAS new album King disease 2 or at least a few songs off the album featuring epmd and Eminem and a song featuring Lauryn Hill. Especially since you love Breaking Down lyrics you're like this album. it's all over social media right now
I would fam but I already listened to it unfortunately, my pc was broken when it came out so I couldn’t do a video to it and I didn’t want to wait to listen to it. It’s my favorite release of the year tho, I personally loved it more than the first one too
Lil man i like ur take on these reactions but u sold urself & the rest of us on this Hellraiser, because u missed a lot of the important bars, i know life is busy but when it comes 2 the goat u have 2 give it the & respect that he has earned, i was looking 4ward 2 ur interpretation on certain bars, "her lil body couldn't take it, & she shook & dropped." FYI latosha harlens was a teen shot & killed by a Korean lady that accused her of stealing a bottle of juice, while she was pulling the money out of her pocket.
I honestly felt that a lot of the lyrics didn’t need explaining although I caught what they mean. Plus several people complained about the breakdowns so I toned down on it to keep the videos short too. I can go in depth next Pac reactions tho 💯 Thank you for explaining Latosha Harlens story, I only heard her name brought up in his interview but never knew the whole story.

my dude with tears in my eyes this guy was our ghetto messiah bro.
3rd verse is 2Pac at his best. It's passion/intensity over technicality.
Agreed! This made it in my top five favorite Pac tracks, he absolutely killed it. The passion and intensity is unmatched 🔥🔥🔥

The G.O.A.T.💪
This is pac that nobody can stand next to especially the last verse
Facts 💯 The passion and presence he demonstrated on this track is unmatched imo
It truly kills me. It’s insane. I love this song so much.
Val Young also sang on the hook on the song 2 Live and Die in LA
To this day nobody has anything on this level the message the passion the energy he does what nobody else can do I don't care who you name they are not fucking with this
I feel ya, I would say "Nas - One Mic" draws some parallels to this energy, not exactly but conceptually. The way it ramps up
Pac's third verse was like...you can hear the anger in his voice he was mad asf Crazy
Facts fam, the energy in that verse is insane
This was my go to album back in the days as a youngn. Shit got me through and kept me sane.

I love this song so much. But don’t follow anyone. Everyone’s fucked up. No one is an idol.
Agreed!
