It was very helpful for me and if you don't mind, I would like to suggest you to finish the explanation at the end of each sentence. Then it will be of great help for better understanding.
I'm 85 now and an English Teacher for correct grammar in High School in an exclusive catholic school for girls in the Philippines. During my time no one can pass the next level grade when we can't have a passing grade in English. My mother was an excellent teacher in English. She spoke perfect English grammar. I learned the best from her from childhood when it comes to English. Like...go there not go here. Come here not come there. Take it there bring it here.
I agree. I think both “at” and “in” are grammatically acceptable although there’s a slight difference in nuance. “At” refers to a mere place where something happens, whereas “in” indicates that the university is a large place in which there are lots of buildings and facilities to visit.
Walk on the street implies walking along the street, and not in traffic, likely on the sidewalk, or in the gutter. Walk in the street does imply in the street itself, maybe even in traffic..
Hang is a verb and categorized as an irregular verb which can't be added by "ed" to make it past tense. So...Hang is present tense; Hung is past tense Hang for past participle....
Use “hanged” when referring to the act of killing someone by hanging them from a rope around their neck. For example, “He was hanged for his crimes” or “The Hangman game ended quickly; I couldn't guess the word, and the figure was hanged”.
Hello. My name is Nuriddin. I am from Uzbekistan. I'm a Russian teacher. I know Russian very well, but I don't know English very well. I want to learn English

No.3 at university is more common in UK. But in US, both in university and at university are spoken.
I agree.

You're on the right track!
An undiagnose disease.... puts...him in the hospital. Your answer is wrong
I think, the Past Simple is used here. So, it'll be "put".
Since there is no decicive adverb of time in sentence, more than one answer is correct, I believe.
