Good evening, I'm sorry, I wanted to request a solution. I acquired a nanopix 2 when I connected it to the laptop, it works normally when taking X-rays, but after a few minutes I stopped using it, I want to take X-rays, but it no longer gives an image, even though the application shows the connection nanopix After this I have to reconnect the nanopix device so that the image is even many times I have to restart the laptop. Is there any solution?

Dear Dr. Ryan, it is depend by your demands. Size 2 could capture the images with larger areas which means you may could have more details. And Size 1 is smaller and may have more comfortable experience for the patient. Thank you.
