The sports can help against mental health problems. I'm interested in basketball, soccer, swimming etc. The music is a means of expression. Listening to Selah Sue is obviously what's keep me connected as well to the royal family of Belgium indirectly. Her way of staying proper. Her way of tackling issues that troubles the Belgian society is important. Her eyes make me think of mine. She's one of the best artists of Belgium for me. She's got my respect 💙

Hope your depression gets better soon. To hear music is very good health, by giving hope and dreams for better future. It can helps to work through dark time. Many do not know what music can do with you. And your choice here seems to be not the worst. ;-)🎉
I am on two antidepressants, a mood stabilizer and a stimulant. I still have my full range of emotions, except perhaps the very extremes. I don’t need to feel manic or in the complete depths of despair. I appreciate the middle ground with the ability to grieve and feel sad as well as to feel happiness and joy.

Apparently you are off anti-depressants now. I wish and hope you can stay 'clean'! They work but sure have a flattening effect. I tried tapering off multiple times from ssri's, which I take for my OCD but it was pure hell: brain shivers are real! I wonder how you did it. The painful thing is I felt worse quitting than before I ever took them. One day maybe I can get rid of them. Thanks for speaking out for us sinners out there! We are with so many. ☮️🏳️🌈
