@@GGThriveGuide ok thanks for the response. I have an interview with them as an RSR in California whats your opinion on it? Is it a good long-term job? Are the hours really 10- 12+ daily? I've been a bit hesitant about leaving current job that has less pay but great home time for more pay/less family time. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

@@frankv2314 That's great to hear! It's definitely a job where you will work 12+ hours per day until you get faster. What I mean is that your average day will depend first on what kind of driver you are. If you are a bulk truck driver, you day will start around 2 a.m. and end around 1 p.m.
If you are a small truck driver your day will start around 5 a.m. and end around 5 p.m. People think the job is simply throwing chips, but it's organizing chips, ordering the right chips, building displays on significant holidays, selling in more space, speaking to store managers, moving quickly, sweating, lifting boxes, etc lol.
Here's some details to know: Some trucks do not have AC...some trucks are very old... some store managers are rude... and some are laid back. This job is not for everyone and a very traditional job if you believe in physical labor for money. It was not for me. I personally do not like much physical work as a female. It's centered on pushing out chips to hit your sales goals and making more money on your pay check. Hope this helps you and others!
