I started a door-to-door delivering business 2 years ago and i now have 160 drivers working for me, and i keep growing every day. I agree with most of what he said, that being said i don't use factoring, and fuel costs become a minor cost when you start growing, also if you know what you are doing you don't need to put any money upfront to grow.
Love your video however I'm not looking become rich or have a huge company I just want 1 or 2 trucks and make a decent living the sun shines for everyone thanks
Cool! But this video is more about « how to keep you business good» what i actually wanna know is that how can you grow your business, like how can a transportation business get more and more contracts
With depreciation comes Recapture!! FYI ----> Depreciation recapture is a tax provision that requires taxpayers to pay taxes on the depreciation taken on a depreciable asset during the time the taxpayer owned the asset. The sale of the asset generates the tax liability ALSO! if you are making payments, DON'T use it. Plan Plan Plan.. Good luck all!!!

Hi, i started a taxi service and it was going great for a while but i started having needs for more driver only that i don't pay them monthly . I just give them the vehicle on a fair price(which would give them their own personal pay) and they take it out for the day's work then are supposed to pay Me when they return to park the vehicle but the problem is, they sometimes don't. They just return and make excuses and all that. Do have any idea of how i could deal with this?
