Regine is more of a belter/ballad singer. Sarah is more of a sing and dance performer like beyonce, jlo, janet jackson. She is also a very good dancer just in case you dont know. She's formally trained in dancing too. She dances lyrical hiphop, modern dance, and jazz. She's a legit dancer. You should check out some of her performance of tala in that same concert. She's a triple threat. An award winning actress, a singer, and a dancer.

Regine is the queen mother of Sarah G and the latter is the first born of Regine. She has been very supportive to her ever since and she acknowledges that Sarah being her daughter is on top of her game, in her generation. On the other hand, Morisette idolizes Sarah G and she has so much more resemblance of Sarah when she joined The Voice Philippines especially the way she sings so Sarah turned for her and she became Mori's coach. Now, What really makes Sarah stands out among the rest, belters and divas is she's very respectful and humble. She knows her place. Filipino singers are really monsters when it comes to music. It has been part of our culture and tradition. It runs in our blood. Very rare that you find a Filipino who doesn't really sing. Even if it doesn't sound really good.
Also, the Unified concert was very much anticipated and a dream come true for both having a concert together. Regine was previously working with the rival network and she said that one of the reasons why she got excited to transfer to the network where Sarah has been working with is because she gets chances to perform with her first born on stage and it happened. I think it really happened in God's perfect time. We, Filipinos are so lucky to have these two gems in the music industry.

Top level, better techniques, range and diction :) they say Sarah mentored her but I dont believe it, Morissette is self-made, she practiced so hard and not afraid of making mistakes, pushing her limits always. She is the best for me :) she is called Asia’s Phoenix. Sarah is called Pop Princess but I think she is mediocre and nothing special.

Sarah was discovered in a TV program or should I say a singing competition in 2003 called Star for a Night which was hosted by Regine Velasquez. Sarah emerged as the grand winner of that show and the next morning she became the trending topic in the entire country with her performance of a Celine Dion’s song in the Finals of that show. 6 months after she won she released her first album Popstar a dream come true and became the biggest selling album. Almost all tracks in that album were a hit specially her first track FOREVER’s NOT ENOUGH.All her major concerts specially the first one were all packed with people. She was the youngest singer to ever fill in an arena of 15k capacity I think. Years after those successes she tried acting and were all block busters. She is the highest paid singer performer now maybe after Regine. I am glad I was able to experience the recent concert of Regine and Sarah last Feb 14. It was a 2-night concert and both days were jampacked.
