Very well explained. I suggest you to prepare a video of Nadri Monj which is more liked by we Kashmiris. The cutlets have been since many many years adopted as a cure for bad cold. This is taken with rice. Many of our youngsters may not be knowing this ancient custom.

Nadru cutlet k liye nadru ko gas prr kootne se pehle saik leejiye. Cutlet k liye iske sath adrakh b kootiye. Ham nadroo mondd k sath anda nhi daalte hai. Iss se pehle jaise aapne nadru chuma bnna k dikhaya, ham vaise nhi banate hain.
