So many girls and guys wasting money on plated gold jewelry, literally spending $100 dollars on a piece of plated sterling that isn’t worth half that price. I get not everyone has the budget for 18k solid gold but I think it’s smarter to buy 10k gold instead of plated or vermeil.

You guys, she’s calling them stopper rings, but they are just 1mm-1.2mm bands. You can buy twisted ones. An example would be Ferko’s on Etsy. I have bought them and they cost about $50 each and are 14k.

Hey, do you usually wear your jewelry to sleep, and when you shower? I found a lot of people sleeping with theirs, but I never got comfortable to do that (especially with necklaces, always afraid I’ll choke myself out). What would you do with a fake ring? I only ask this since I recently bought a really pretty evil eye ring to go with all my outfits, but I want to be able to prevent it from tarnishing and such. Thanks!
