In elementary my bus driver always played country music and when this song came on he would blast it and yell for all of us to sing it! So many awesome memories in the 90s!
I had a bus driver who told everyone on the bus that the first person to memorize a song she made up would get 100 USD. Being the person I am, I memorized the song not for the money, but for the sentimental value it would give me as a bond between and her. I memorized the song and the next day not only got 100 dollars but also I got to sit wherever I wanted on the bus for being the only person to memorize it. I don't remember her name or the song but oh, how I wish I never forgot it.

***** Yeah it does. Cause if he is guy... well... yeah...
No it doesn't fucking matter if he's gay it doesn't matter
In elementary my bus driver always played country music and when this song came on he would blast it and yell for all of us to sing it! So many awesome memories in the 90s!

That's great!
Those where the days
Awsome
I had a bus driver who told everyone on the bus that the first person to memorize a song she made up would get 100 USD. Being the person I am, I memorized the song not for the money, but for the sentimental value it would give me as a bond between and her. I memorized the song and the next day not only got 100 dollars but also I got to sit wherever I wanted on the bus for being the only person to memorize it. I don't remember her name or the song but oh, how I wish I never forgot it.
Man this song is master piece 🔥

In Ireland there is something we appreciate about this music. We get the vibe of a bar out in the countryside and whiskey.
I'm a Texan who's been to your lovely island and felt that I & many other Texans resonate well with the Irish mindset & world-view. Same with Russians & Australians too, just wish y'all & the Aussies weren't so thoroughly conditioned from birth into having severe gun-phobias though, haha.
i dont even listen to country but "friends in low places" is so fun to sing with everyone at a bar lol

Irish people love this song for some reason. They go mental when it's played 🤣
