I had a hard time getting that first sealed bowl on top out of mine. I wound up running some hot water around the top of it and it seeped down and made it slide down easier. Mine has a plastic film around both sealed bowl containers and they fit very tightly down inside of mine. I came and found this video because I didn't even know what that other black lid was doing down in there.
Thank you for sharing.... Do you knor of I can put hot food in directly with out using the plastic containers.. If I did will the food stay hot for it's full time stated
It was $99 AUD$ but got it on sale about $65.Yes it’s great.I take out the containers, and preheat the inner chamber for a few mins before I add the hot liquid or soup,or coffee etc.

Yes, the plastic containers just waste internal space unless you want to separate the food. You can just put the food in directly
Yes u can remove.Just preheat it first with hot water ror 10 mins then pour out. Then add your hot food.
Is it necessary to pre heat?say like I'm putting cooked rice and noodles in it.thanks!
Yes put boiling water in it for about 5 mins, pour out then add the food.To give it its best chance to do its job.cheers
how much you paid for it? How do you like it till now?

They’re 30 dollars at Costco.
In Europe only 1.2 liter is available.
This one is definitely a game changer. I think I just found Christmas gifts for my brother 😂
Glad to help
