To make my weekdays more pleasant, i've started to incorporate a pampering routine every other day. Ex: Bubble bath Monday night, face mask Wednesday night, and self body massage Friday night with coconut oil before a hot shower to release muscle tension from my week. Also, i have a gratitude jar where i place little notes of things that i'm thankful for every night along with prayer/meditation. This routine has completely change my life/work week. Try it. I love that everyone can finally speak up and you can tell they all love each other genuinely. When Tamar was here, they were all basically worshipping her and there was a definitely a strange power dynamic.
Adriene with "statistical" is like me when I tried to correct a family friend and her toddler on saying "Pepa Pig". The worst part was the mother has a pretty thick accent so I thought I was helping. I kept saying, "Do you mean PeppER Pig?? PeppER Pig??" They kinda just looked at me and continued the story. Like 6 months later I was half way across the world (on a teaching contract) and I just happened to see an ad online for a children's show called "Pepa Pig". I was so embarrassed. I told my husband about it and he still makes fun of me about in til this day.
Love this idea makes me want to draw my week out to, and taping is alot of work I've been on set doing background and your there all day retaking and retaking and waiting and when you tape multiple shows in one day I can see why it's exhausting but you guys are doing amazing, love this show!!

Mine would be the closest to Tameras! I dread work but then I'm grateful for it and get so excited at the end of my work week and repeat the cycle! The joy is off the charts for extended days off (vacation)!

As a full time Actor/Model I'm so glad that I get to live life to the fullest and live in the moment I don't have to deal with people/customers everyday and their attitudes and I can enjoy being happy and being on t.v. and magazines lol. I worked my ass off to get where I am I've dealt with working in retail and sales most of my life I took that leap of faith and changed my life for the better.
