I would always recommend Amazon because of prime free returns and money back policy even if it costs more than anywhere else. You can even return it after using it for about a month and you don't like it anymore.

Great alternative to the Cfly dream or Bugs 7 on the 250 gram class at least for this you get the Holystone support and Amazon shipping vs Bangood. Decent Video for this price range with single axis stablization, of course if you want more features then pay twice and settle for the Mavic mini. Btw you've got a nice pond area in your park, to try small RC boats for a change of pace.😀
very nice video ! I have a problem with my new HS510. It takes off and descends a little of itself and when I rotate (360 degree) the drone begins to slide to the right or to the left. However, I did the calibration of the compass and the gyro. You have an idea ?

Hi Peter,have you tried putting a thick rubber band on the hs510 camera so it connects camera to drone via rubber band,it stops prop vibration thus giving the drone image stabilization..

Lastly, does it have HDMI output on the remote, which could be run into HDMI input on goggles. Oh, one more, are prop guards available for this drone (ala Cinewhoop)? Thanks.

Thank you :) The gps positioning will hold the drone in place even in semi windy conditions and will fight the wind by itself but it is recommended to fly in calmer and not windy weather.
Can you answer a couple of questions. I charged both batteries and I turned the drone and remote on as I saw in your video. Both batteries went from full bars to zero bars in a matter of minutes . I but both batteries back in the charger and all I’m seeing on the charger is solid lights. When charging one light should blink when that battery is charged the other battery light starts blinking. But to no avail battery is not charging. Any thoughts.
yep! I just tried it and one light blinks the other one has a status blink every few blinks of the first one and I'm thinking both are solid when full.
Nice review, I was wondering if you held down the lock/unlock button on the RC while the motors are running, would it shut off/turn off the motors, like an emergency stop function - I have a MJX that has the looking RC that has that function on that button?

I was ready to get one but the manual tilt camera is the deal breaker. I have high end DJIs for video work. I only want a lost Spark replacement . I don't need any gimbal, just want to look down if I want then back up. First got Hubsan h502s and h501s. They didn't have cameras you could move all . Never even thought about it. Now I really don't want a fix camera anymore. Bill

Great video Pete! I'm a newbie and you got me through my first flight. Some things I had trouble with and I'd appreciate your comments: (1) When I'd change batteries, the wifi & controller connection remained fine, but I'd lose FPV. The only way to get it back to close and relaunch the App. Is that normal? (2) The sticks are VERY sensitive. When I'd ascend & descend I'd also cause the quad to rotate. (3) How do you tell which way it's flying when its 50 yards away? Maybe this will come with skill! Thanks again for a great video.
Thanks:) You really should recalibrate also let alone restart the app to avoid mishaps like fly aways. The controls are not sensitive as compared to FPV drones so learn to move the sticks delicately. Forward pitching and seeing which way it goes is the best way.

Another OEM machine, the prototype is MJX B7.
Try to buy and use OEM machines as little as possible, unless the price is much cheaper.

Holy Stone has always been a decent brand. Nice offering from them on this one.
I would say the same about Holy Stone. The only thing missing on this is a gimbal for smoother videos but it still took decent videos.

just your orientation is reversed not the sticks.
My 510 doesn't return home properly. It starts flying in circles until it crashed. Sometime it does work though. I callibrated it before every flying
Can you go farther without using fpv? Like if I were to take it and not connect it to my phone, would it be able to fly farther?

I don't think there's any prop guards like a cinewhoop available and there is no 1080p at60fps and no hdmi. Thanks :)

You will need the app to change resolution setting but it is on 2.7k by default.
