can smb give an actual answer to why they cant charge them with that? my only guess is because 1 any decent lawyer could make a case for the evidence being forged or 2 they shouldn't have been on an 18+ in the first place so the suspect in question could make a case for him not knowing - but brodie clearly said 13?? or is it that because he didn't do no actual thing against the "minor" it doesn't count? but if that's the case couldn't they charge bro with some type of reverse CP cause he sent his meat? or is that not valid either because the person he sent it to isn't actually a minor.
