One hour filled with so much information and so many references! So simple to understand. Saadhu, saadhu, saadhu! I am ready now to continue in the five precepts, with mindfulness of morality and meditation as the basis.
such a great talk! I usually only listen to ajahn brahm, but will definitely start listening to other monks as well. and I'll probably listen this talk over and over again in the future to remember what's important. thank you !
HH The Dalai Lama, Mattiu Ricard, Mingyur Rinpoche, Sogyal Rinpoche, James Low, Alan Wallace, Ven. Robina Courtin, Ven. Yuttadhammo Bhikku, Ven. Bhikku Analayo, Ven. Ajahn Brahm, Ajahn Sona. Here's a list of my buddhist superstars (on youtube). I find each perspective unique and insightful, and hearing different varieties but seeing the essence of the teachings in all of them has really helped to deepen my understanding of the Dharma.
I really really enjoy Ajahn Brahmali, dare I say , more than Ajahn Brahm. His ability to offer Dhamma talks so rich with information without interjecting personal humor is wonderful! Sadhu sadhu sadhu 🙏🏽☸️🙏🏽
Finally found the time to listen to this talk today. Thanks so much, Ajahn Brahmali and everyone "behind the scenes." BSWA never ceases to inspire my practice. Metta to all.

How to talk about talking with silence. Seeing without looking, hearing without listening. Sleeping without being asleep. How to eat a hot dog while not eating a hot dog.
J.R. Mailly I noticed that too. I wonder if it's an affectation of his accent and might have an equivalent in other languages? For example, in English American it might be,"So they'd this principle, right?", where "right" is liberally used. Or, "That's an idea called X, yo.." or "One time I saw a cat that danced and, like, it was really strange, and, like...". Or maybe the Canadian, ".., eh?" or something along those lines? Anyway, it's, like, not *the* most annoying thing ever, eh? :p
I’m so deeply grateful for this teaching. Wow! Sadhu!

I really enjoy listening to Ajahn Brahmali as opposed to Ajahn Brahm who I cannot take seriously to be honest.
EyesOfTheLion 11 In order to compliment one you must criticize the other??
I was not complimenting or criticising. I was comparing
I almost can't listen to these talks now. After every sentence he ends it with "haa". Once you hear it you can't unhear it.
