Sir! What I understood is cloud computing is a virtual mediator between company and customer. It is not an application or software. Cloud computing is the delivery of different services through the internet , right , if am wrong correct me please.
I think these things could be added to the basic classes - I don't see anywhere in the videos about the sales and service process and lead conversion process, web to lead, email to case, web to email, price book, product process, etc, it would be really appreciated if you could upload at these videos as a first video in admin part.
