This was my first Vijay movie! I liked it. Not my fav masala but a nice one, especially the father daughter relationship which makes it stand out from other masalas. But I doubt you guys would like it, especially the drama parts. The scene in school when he's hitting the goons is hilarious though, I don't get why Rick was not getting the comedy??? I'm not Indian, so it's not about understanding Tamil or not. And why is Rick making such a face throughout the whole film, as if he understood not one thing that is going on?? 😂😭💀 There is no point watching movies if it's to look SO SOUR, damn. Anyway, if you are unable to find any enjoyment in Theri then don't even think of watching Mersal (another Atlee-Vijay hit) regardless of the recommendations you get for it. Mersal is messy and I say that as someone who likes masalas. Some of the best masalas IMO are *Vikramarkudu* (directed by Rajamouli), *Simhadri* (also Rajamouli), *ChaalBaaz* (with Sridevi as the lead + Rajnikanth and Sunny Deol, a remake of the awesome and more comedy oriented Seeta Aur Geeta which itself was a remake of the dramedy Ram Aur Shyam with Dilip Kumar) but it might be safer to watch these with Stephanie... it will be more fun for us viewers but also for Korbin lol because imagine trying to enjoy a movie when someone acts so sour next to you 🥴

Actually so far I've seen the 3 movies with Atlee + Master, Kaththi and Puli. My favourite is Master. And I know people hate Puli lol but I liked it, somehow it reminded me a bit of Willow as well as Fantaghiro, an Italian series of fantasy movies that were extremely popular in France in the 90s when I was a kid 😊 If you have recommendations for his movies I'm all ears!
@@AriaIsaraghilli and thuppaki are great starters, especially for action and seeing Vijay in his element! You’re on the right track. For a romance film I’d add a romantic comedy film called Sachein. Sachein is personally my favourite Vijay film and you get to see the charming side of Vijay and him playing a regular college guy :) . Of course, it’s from 2005 so you have to forgive the few flaws in it but overall there’s way more to love. I’m also sure you’ve heard of Pokkiri which is a remake of the Telugu Pokiri with Mahesh Babu. It showcases Vijay’s acting capabilities very well too so I would recommend this. Hope this helps :)

Ghilli is a remake of Okkadu, which is one of my fav Telugu movies. It's with Mahesh Babu and they've never watched any of his movies yet. So Okkadu would be a better choice than Ghilli.
Suggest movies based on elements related to it like genre etc. and not on the basis of box office collection. It doesn't matter for them, a movie's quality is not related to its collection.

This is butchered beyond the point of enjoyment. Reaction to Master was enjoyable because it was in 3 parts so there was ample scope to show some good full scenes. The moment I saw this was only 2 parts with just 18 mins on the first part I knew this wouldn't work on TH-cam. If your goal is to drive everyone to Patreon, you have every right to do it as a creator. But if you want your TH-cam audience to enjoy your reactions as well, you should consider doing it like Master.
