Second, advise what kind of business is possible. And the minimum amount that would be possible to run a business and include a one-room flat in the city. What if that amount could be 50,000?

PR and citizenship are same or some difference ,a little bit confusion
Citizenship means passport holder and permanent residency means rights to live there and after 7 years you can apply for passport. Although with PR you have a same rights with out voting and joining Army and some other restrictions in job term.
After buying house there is it possible to rent it out like paying guest or something is it possible?
