idk why they laughed and ive seen short action heros before i dont agree with jackie chan saying cause shes too short if she can do the script well and give it her all she will do great in a action role.nothing to do with height,if the story is written well itll be a hit, i hope she knows she has so many fans and how great she already is an actress but i love that she came on this show to challenge herself so im rooting for her i know shes got this ,i had no idea she gets major anxiety i love her and always support her too shes being too hard on herself. she was meant to be an actress.
You also have to understand that Jackie is looking from a producer's point of view. He's directed many films and worked with many actors and actresses. This isn't Jackie discriminating against short people, he's just pointing out that some roles suit people with certain characteristics more than others and she's trying to find a role that she can fit. Not saying she can't do it, she could if she wanted to - that's why he says "It's harder", not impossible.
@@alantanmiaothong635 Ahhh i see okay maybe the english translation too why i thought that but i get it now. i love jackie chan i grew up watching him i just was alil saddened by the comment but now that you explained it makes sense .thank you for that . shen yue is my fave chinese actress and i feel like shes really getting pushed out of her comfort zone on this show but i know it'll benefit her in the long run even the constructive criticism.
