I would like to mention, there is a lot you can improve for this tutorial. In my opinion the biggest factor is the listening experience, it could be improved vastly by using a script while splitting reading and presentation in to two separate tasks.
Thanks for the video. Can you use personal TMs without sharing them with colleagues and managers on the same project? Or you necessarily have to download the .xliff and work offline in order to do so?
