Hi Pal if Clients gives POA to real estate agent and client isn’t available then Can Agent accept offer or give offer behalf of his client and the way he is instructed by his client?thanks
A POA given to an agent would constitute a Universal Agency Relationship which would give the agent the legal authority to accept the offer and bind the principal to the transaction
Just took my exam, they do have a question like this on the exam. Asking if the agent can accept the offer on their behalf because the principle gave the agent limited power of attorney due to travels
hi what I had a question that ask what it is call if a property isn't sold in an auction during judicial foreclosure and it is in the hand or the court what will it be call? I know that when an auction is not sold doing none judicial foreclosure its call bought-in I believe but I can't find the term for the judicial one anywhere can you explain that for me please. btw love all the videos I learn more through your videos than any other website. thank you for your works!!!!!

Just remember-a POA dies when the principal dies!
