I had a lot of fun with this game. It was broken, but fun. The replay system was kind of cool. Really hope that EA UFC 3 has a replay system where you could watch the whole fight in different angles, slow mo, etc.
Totally forgot about striking with the analog sticks hahahah I hated the sub minigames, but it was very cool that it had different mechanics for chokes and joint subs. Asian flying sub artist = Shinya Aoki and his glass chin haha
+Bo Mal Patriote the submission game was terrible in EA MMA it was literally just a button mashing game but u had to control stamina. It was so easy to win by submission even on hardest level AI

I hope in UFC 3 the AI can't second guess your strikes and parry them like in UFC 2 - it is soooo annoying and total bullshit how it can guess which strike is coming.
Too right it can, and if you are a top player you can only successfully parry your human oponent if you notice they are doing predictable moves all the time.
Idk how you guys think its easy.... maybe i'm just stupid but i think its really stupidly hard... I just hope there is a UFC 3. At this rate I wouldn't be surprised if WME-IMG decided its not worth the money they are so desperate to make their 4 billion back.

I got the achievement for beating Fedor on the highest difficulty by using Overeem and getting a left high kick knockout 1 minute in. I miss the real 1 hit knockouts like this game had. Whiff a parry and bang! it's all over.
Hey man, u ought to do a little mini series on this game and also maybe a career in UFC Undisputed 3. These videos are well received and I think everyone would really really enjoy that. I know a lot of players hated the total fight control system for this game, my only problem with it was that the kicks felt extremely weighted other than that the punches were on point and stringing combos together felt really smooth, at least for me anyways. to be honest in real life performing a kick should feel a lot more weighted than pulling a punch. a lack of an option for a total fight control system is one of the reasons I havent picked up the ea ufc games.

In my opinion the striking was so much more smooth in this than in UFC 2 or any UFC game...I say this because you can strike while on the move...in the other games you stay planted as soon as you throw a strike...hope they implement a bit of that to the new game

I was thinking of a series you could try "sluggish sluggers" or something like that, where you use the slowest fighters, like ilir latifi he's got good power and perks but he is painfully slow especially for the LHW division, if you feel like it of course
Online was great in this game same same as the fight night anolog control, I think the character creator pissed a lot people off which lead to it shuting down the servers. Than again, knocking out Rocky Balboa as Michael Jackson with spining shit was great.
this was the best mma game ever for me and fight night champion was the greatest boxing game i had well over 500 fights about 350 wins not to bad of a record
