my TCL AC compressor wasn't working. my contact TCL helpline and a technician visited my home to check the AC. After the technician's visit: The technician determined the compressor needed replacement, but it wasn't available. Today (Saturday, May 18th): TCL informed my that they would be replacing your AC unit instead of just the compressor. Monday or Tuesday (May 20th or 21st): i can expect delivery of your replacement TCL AC unit.
