He hides the contact of the racket and the ball with his free arm. Which is illegal. But because the rule is so subjective a lot of services are illegal and just don't get called by umpires.
I would suspend the umpire and Lindt for 6 months each, so they can learn from their mistakes. And after that, if the situation repeats itself, I ban the umpire from working and playing Lindt for life in anything related to table tennis. Otherwise they don't understand.
im austrian but absolutely rooting for Lind. he did hide his serves to much i think but why do we austrians need to have such a shitty angry attitude at all times. Country of self important complainers smh.
its just crazy how good these people are
Lind - молодчик. Крепкие нервы.
I love the fact that Gardos asked for illegal serves and the umpire didn't seem to agree, so he started hiding his service too lol
Blind us with your science, what is your solution, genius? Walk over?
@@paulispaul1974 wow, chill out girl, why so mean?

Poor Gardos at the end!😅
Kudos to Anders!🎉
5:18 illegal serve? Why Gardos complain?

Congrats Mr Lind
Two guys service is illegal but this phenomenon be a normalization in table tennis
I like Anders's style very much but just like many lefties he too hides his service.. He won several critical points by doing it..
Majority of Anders's servers are hidden lol. Disgraceful
nah, his contact is under the body if you look closely. Hes playing a righty so its also harder for them too see eachothers serves

You seem like a reasonable human being😂
Ok, Gardos is already 45 years old, Lind is born in 1998 and tries to play as in the mid '90s
Maze 2.0
@@jochn919, yup, he celebrates as if he won the Olympic final, while he saved 2 match points against someone born în 1979
I find it very strange that players are so often critized for being happy after winning...
By all means the match was close, and winning it was important, so why wouldn't you celebrate?
I mean it is important because it decides about Olympic qualification
