But it made me think of a new Bob Marley movie that I think just released. I kind of like Reggae but I’m really interested to watch that film. It’s called maybe, “Bob Marley.” But I want to at least get a 30-thousand foot view of his life as I don’t really know his history.
Lee Oskar, who plays harmonica, lives here in Seattle area, and does (or did) own a music shop and taught music lessons. He was a frequent guest on the Bob Rivers show and would occasionally make guest appearances with Bob's band Spike and the Impalers.

War hold a very special place in my heart, I saw Eric Burdon on The Animals last tour in December 1968, in 1969 we saw Eric Burdon with War, they had just started and Eric Burdon helped make them Stars! Every morning when I was 17, my AP Dance class did our warmup’s to War!! Really fun to wake and dance at 8:00 am Monday-Friday, I love dance and I love War, they were fantastic, still have their debut album!!!!
Yes, my Mommy did everything to show me her LOVE. She sacrificed, struggled, and pumped me up when others were dismisive of me and my copacity to learn. I will forever ♾️ be grateful to her. She is gone since 1982 but we are still Connected from her indelible imprint on My life!😊😅🎉🎉😂❤ I was truly blessed to have her love, wisdom and passion!
One thing I really loved about War is that several of the guys sang lead vocals depending on the song. Charles Miller, the saxophonist, sang lead vocals on Lowrider.

After seeing War on The Midnight Special, I became a fan right then and there. I hardly ever missed an episode (Except for those nights I left after coming in for curfew! Mama never told me that I couldn't leave again.....) So happy to see these shows again!

It’s like the lyric in the Steely Dan song, “Is there gas in the car?” and my wife didn’t believe it when I repeated it. But I think there was a Cisco Kid from history but I’m hazy on that. Funny lyrics although I’m not quite sure of meaning. (I did a quick peek and I guess the Cisco Kid was a fictional character from a book over 100 years ago, and then there were movies and TV shows. Maybe I watched them when I was a kid. A Cisco Kid I suppose.)
