As a Zeratu owner and someone with bad runes, how do I pick zerartu in a smart way. Like what comp do I use him in, how do I rune him and what comp can I use him against?

Vio Will or Vamp Will is what I would recommend, either on 0 spd as a leo counter or a bit faster as a generic bruiser. Does really well into teams with limited strips
