I think that analysing sound this way would be really helpful for a lot of trumpet players who don't understand tone / resonance / projection very well. It's also a great way of helping people choose your prducts. Thanks.

If you were to put these in context to a tune that someone is listening too they would not hear any difference when played on their own. I would only purchase these kits for aesthetics, the tone difference is miniscule.

      Thanks for your comment.
Based on your answer, you are not using our accessories.
The sensation of a change in tone and vibration occurs at the level of the musician's sensation.
And if you are a professional musician, then you will definitely hear the difference in the sound of the instrument even at a concert. In case the musician plays first without a booster or trim kit, and then puts them on the instrument.
And the reviews of musicians and spectators, and not our subjective opinion)
Also, if we draw an analogy with professional sports, then it is the tiny difference in a split second that leads the champion to victory.
The miracle that musicians create on stage consists of subtleties and scanty nuances.
      Good music.

I use a classic on a Bach Strad London and I love it, it seems to give darker sound and helps centre the notes

Thanks Yakiv for this almost scientific analyses! You did an amazing work! I switched from a Bach 1 1/2 C Megatone to a Lotus 2XL2 which I like a lot for its improved sound and playing qualities. But I would like to check what more I can add with a booster. Playing in Symphonic Orchestra, Wind Band and Brass Ensemble, my choice would be the "Classic" ;)

well great but we can't actually hear the sound of one trumpet at the time which is (at least to me) the most important part to hear

This test is worthless. The trumpeter should be blindfolded when playing...
