I'd be real salty if i had a stubborn teacher i had to pay to get out of a bad grade when other teachers are letting kids discuss and cheat hahaha. My teachers in highschool would let you redo some bigger projects and shift the weighting of your projects and tests around to help students (but in the end students still had to learn stuff or improve on their own work). Nice video :D

Cheating is part of school. Nowadays instead of learning something that has a possibility of not helping you after completing the courses being a student is a game where the best grades win. The higher GPA you have the more praise you get and you're portrayed to be smart even though a letter grade doesn't measure intelligence and if you're not an introvert that likes to study all the time or a sponge that quickly absorbs the curriculum the only way you'll get the high score is to take a shortcut or two without getting caught

Only 2-3 people in my math class did the home work and our teacher would check to see if we did it first thing when class started so we all used one of two methods
1- take photos of someone's work who actually did the homework, go back to your seat and copy it down before the teacher came in the class room
Or
2- write down random numbers since he didn't actually check if they were right and when he went over the correct answers, you would write those down.
We were all about team work
Oh my, literally 10 minutes ago I saw the first private school video in my recommended, watched it, and said, "Man, she hasn't uploaded in a month. No part two. I guess I'll subscribe and hopefully it'll come out in the next few weeks." This made me so happy 🙂

I've only had one teacher that "let me off the hook" when I got into trouble.
Out of all the years I went to school, my 3rd grade teacher was basically the only person I talked to every day. Sometimes i'd stop by while he was in the middle of teaching class, and he'd let me in and help out the younger kids (I was in 4th grade). We were more like friends than student and teacher. He didn't have me worry about things in my life stressing me out, like bullies, and motivated me to never let them make me feel weak and helpless (hence why he's the only person I talk to).
But then I moved away, and forgot his contact details he gave me.
I never had a better school experience since.

At my private school, tuition is around 2000 AUD (1500 USD) and uniforms in total are 600 AUD (450 USD). We have English, Maths, Science (4 types), Geo/History and an extra subject every term (visual art, music, drama, etc.) in Grade 7 and 8
I have been at the private school I am at for just a year now (and I am a massive wuss) so I haven't had the cheating experience yet.

In my private school, cheating was quite easy. Just be all "buddy-buddy" with the teacher's assistants and they'll let you off, some would even teach you all the correct answer when the teacher isn't around.
Most of the time when I finish the exam first, I would walk around the classroom and help my classmates answer while the teacher's assistant just turn a blind eye since we're close

Oh my catholic school had all the preventions for cheating:
-no cover or name label for calculator
-stationary bags must be transparent and placed under the chair, on top of your bag. (yes, if you need another pen, you need to put up your hand)
-water bottles must be transparent without any labels and yes, placed under the chair on top of your bag.
-12 or more teachers will be marching down the isles throughout the whole exam
-only 1 student is allowed to go into the toilet at a time, we had 200 student in one grade so everybody crammed into the toilet during break between exams
-make the exam twice the difficulty so everybody is too busy to cheat (e.g. national exam 2 hours and 12 pages, we would be doing 24 pages in 2 hours, with more difficult questions)
So I only ever got to cheat in dictation in class, I was so not ready to remember the whole passage by heart and regurgitate, so I wrote the passage on the desk, which is wooden and so there are wood grain. Teachers wouldn't be able to see anything.

My (private) school is very strict on cheating so they left an employee at the classroom hearing and staring at every little thing, also the students always snitch when someone’s cheating (but they never snitched when other students were throwing the pencils, chopsticks and erasers across the room).
If you were in a private school, you should know that only an A+ is a good grade, and cheating will get you expelled.

Private school is just a more catholic and slightly more strict English public school. All those classes to take? We have to take twice as much for the first two years, and the rest are slightly more useful. Also the “innocently scratching your back” is completely impossible. You would get removed from the exam, and even the board (any other exams related to that exam). Any signals? Out. Bags in the exam hall? Out. Coat in the exam hall? Our. School jumper in then exam hall? Out. Especially this one teacher who would make us sit opposite our desk partners and put bags on the table so we wouldn’t cheat, while another teacher wouldn’t even care if you used a calculator on a non-calculator test. Most teachers made you sit across each other with a bag in between you.

We had a crazy amount of classes as well. Due to that i had excess credits when graduating 😂😂 i could have given them out like candy ~
We "helped each other out" at mine as well 😂 we also had other methods such as writing on ourselves, desk, or something else

Wait, how did your teacher not know what a werewolf was? Also, kinda strange that the teacher you mentioned at the end would look at another student’s paper before marking yours right. Almost like the teacher doesn’t know the answers herself.
In 7th grade, I tried to help a friend in the exam. We were colluding. Someone else in the class snitched. My friend had to confess but I got off scot free because of plausible deniability. He got the spanking from the school principal and I felt so bad. There's more to this though, so I'm saving it for a video.

Glancing at the notebook is what I actully did when test. I just put my note book in the bag pack in my chair in try to seek seeing it when teacher don't notice. I did it over 10 TIMES and still didn't get caught> YAYYYYY

I never really had a point to cheat in my classes in high school. I was lucky and every teacher (almost) worked with the students any time they needed help. I was generally the student that got paid to help other students. Although I do remember one time when one of my teachers was an maternity leave, the person covering for her didn’t know the subject and gave us super difficult math (we were on algebra 1 and she gave us advanced calculus) so one student had her older brother whom was in college help her, then she told the whole class the answers

In a literature class, we often had tests that had questions about completely arbitrary details in a book that we read. I sat next to a friend and on tests whenever we needed help, we'd tap each others desk and use our fingers to symbol the question number in roman numerals (well, as close to roman numerals as you can get with fingers). Then the other person would signal the answer by tapping one finger (A was your index, B was your middle, C was your ring, and D was your pinkie). There were some other instances where instead of the tapping we'd set our pencils down facing certain directions (once again A was up, B was right, and so on and so forth) to signify the answer. Looking back, I honestly think we spent more time coming up with ways to relay information than actually reading that book. (We were also one of the only six people in the class that actually read the entire book... I feel bad for that teacher)

Ugh. I hated private school. We had uniforms, lots of homework, strict rules, and it was really small so there was about 20 kids in every grade. I got sick of everyone really fast. I am in public school now and loving it!

I go to a private school, and the dress code is horrible. My family has had a recent struggle with money and they act like everything is fine. To help them out, because just our skirts alone are $70, when I grow out of one I tie an elastic around the button and hole so it will last another 2 years. It really helps out, because my parents are both trying hard, my mom is a teacher and my dad balances two jobs at once, so I think that the only reason my parents keep sending us here is because my sister was bullied at the public school because she has a medical disorder.
My old school, I don't even know why they have bathrooms. They are literally ALWAYS locked up.
since he is no longer a teacher anymore, we have this class in Quebec, Quebec history but its basically "be more french" class. our teacher hated that in quebec, you don't graduate from Highschool if you fail this course so since it was a school for "learning different" kids and most of us have dyslexia [also will kill the man that made the word for "has trouble spelling" have a y, xia....] so the school offered to have teachers read out the question to a student, he came in and said "Ok, class, I am going to read you every question and you guess just raise your hand if you need a minute." He read the question and shake his head if it was wrong. He left the room for "reasons" so that we all could catch on to what he is doing, I said "Guys, if we all get perfect scores there will be trouble lets all pick random questions to fail at so our teacher doesn't get in trouble." They all agreed, some of us would cough to say "I am getting this wrong" so we all don't end up with the same questions wrong.

My school is almost the same, except we don't have nuns and most of our cheating is slipping each other our notes if we need it. For example, I'm good in math, so whenever we have a quiz, a lot of girls sit next to me. And when they need something, they whisper rhymes for the numbers. A poem that starts with a and ends with a is 1, b and b is 2, and so on. It gets pretty crazy, BUT WE'VE NEVER GOTTEN CAUGHT.
