Joe Sugg says he wanted to go onto Strictly Come Dancing with no dance research and start with a clean slate, which his partner Dianne Buswell really appreciated, as he hadn’t developed any bad habits. Due to the majority of Joe's fame involving the internet, he decided to take part in Strictly as a way of showing his grandparents what he can do and couldn't pass up the opportunity to appear on a show they love.
