I applied for CSA and today i got mail for assessment round .....how many days in rough the whole process goes....also can u pls provide interview prep material!!!!

No issue bro, i also get rejected after managerial round for CSA profile, my technical rounds were pretty well even interviewer said no need to improvement everything is good with technical. But i was not upto the mark in managerial round.
I Anwared all the questions but for 2 questions as far as i know i missed to follow STAR method, just made a quick story in my mind and told him. So from my PoV i was not up to the mark. I got a feedback call after some days of rejection mail, she informed the same that focus on STAR method and you can re-reply after six months.

not all the 16 LP, they focus majorly on the top 5-6 which are -- customer obsession, earn trust, dive deep, deliver results, learn and be curious, ownership, invent and simplify
that I am not sure of, there must have been something that they searched for .. and got my profile so I guess, keep your profile updated, with current role, current company, all past experiences and most importantly the Technical Skills which you posses.
Is it feasible to apply from Bangladesh? What are the things I should have in my resume to stand out because I am not Indian.? Kindly share your advice. Thanks.
Apply for it brother, you should have relevant experience in linux/networking/technical support role for 2-5 years, and that should be good enough for you to get shortlisted

They will make final decision on considering two technical interviews and 2 managerial interviews only Online assessment is the basic criteria to get selected for interviews...so to answer your question, NO

@@KirtanKamkarif you have 2 plus exp,focus on git in depth and enterprise setup of architecture(in detail) docker and lots of troubleshooting scenarios on cicd setup and linux and network.
have good knowledge of whatever your past experience is, what YOU did basically in all of your stories, what was the outcome, focus on TASK and RESULTS more in STAR stories

Yes they do, once you accept the offer from AWS, you can put down your papers in Current organization and serve your notice period.
