Olá Eduardo, bom dia! 😀 Na verdade a ponte não foi feita para ligar a outra cidade, mas sim para fazer com que o trânsito que vai do sul de Portugal para o norte não tenha de passar pelo centro de Lisboa. Assim a ponte Vasco da Gama passa pelo meio do Montijo e Alcochete, locais que estou a pensar filmar este mês! O próximo video já será no outro lado do rio 😉
It's funny you say that, because this bridge used to be (and maybe still is) the stage for illegal street races on weekends... 😅😅 There are a few oldvideos on TH-cam showing cars and motorbikes reaching ridiculous speeds here. I've crossed it a few times, maybe I should make a video here! One side is Park of Nations in Lisbon, the other side is Alcochete and Montijo. The bridge is more or less in the middle of both cities.

No place in USA would be complete without a enormous dose of Looting, crime, Curruption, homeless, junkies, shite, piss and needles on the streets (which btw they even had to create an app to pointing everything out throughout the city), shcool shootings and etc, destruction of monuments (statues and churches) and etc etc etc. Oh, I forgot to say, and the beautiful graffiti everywhere you go of course, even in the subways (NYC is 👍, lol)!
