พระอธิการธราธิป ธีรธมฺโม เจ้าอาวาสวัดปากแพรก และคณะสงฆ์องค์เณร ร่วมด้วยช่วยกันสร้างพลังศรัทธา ให้เป็นบารมี ตามปฏิปทา พ่อแม่ครูบาอาจารย์อดีตเจ้าอาวาสวัดปากแพรกองค์ก่อนเก่า. โดยใช้แนวทางสร้างแนวคิด ตามรอยพระราชดำริ ของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร มาปฏิบัติ ซึ่งสำนักวิปัสสนากรรมฐานวัดปากแพรก ได้เปิดมาตั้งแต่ปีพุทธศักราช 2543 เพื่อสอนการปฏิบัติวิปัสสนาแด่ชาวพุทธตลอดมา

“ บวร ” เปรียบเหมือนคำสอนของพระพุทธศาสนา ที่เรียกว่า “ อกาลิโก ” สามารถปฏิบัติได้ให้ผลโดยไม่จำกัดเวลา การพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน บ้านพัฒนาวัด วัดพัฒนาคน ดลบันดาล "สร้างคนสร้างงานบันดาลสุข ให้กัลยาณมิตรชิดใกล้ รักใคร่สามัคคี ให้มีความสุขทั้งกายใจ มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาวัด ทั้งหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และภาคเอกชน มาใช้ประโยชน์ภายในวัดกันทั่วหน้า เพื่อได้พัฒนาให้ดียิ่งๆขึ้นไป
“Bowon” is like the teachings of Buddhism called “Akaliko” which can be practiced and given results without a time limit. Sustainable community development, villages develop temples, and temples improve people, inspired to "Create people, create work, create happiness” keeping your friends close, being in harmony to be happy both in physical and mind. Gathering people to participate in temple development both government agencies and the private sector come to use the temple in order to develop to be better furthermore.
