The more I watch these reviews on this product... The more I think these would actually be really cool for work. Especially if they can take and display notes. I'd need "Safety" glasses anyway.... Our machine shop is pretty loose on the term safety so this would work... Unfortunately... Not for 600 bucks. Great video btw
Thanks for checking out the vid! The Reminder app. will let you enter stuff by voice, but I don't think there is a general note-taking app. I'll send them your suggestion, it's a good one! But yes, $600 is a bit steep. There's a $50 off coupon on Amazon (checkbox) currently, but even so that's still a bit much.
I dont alot of tech but can you surf the internet and watch videos withe the inmo air 1 if so do i have to be connected to laptop or phone?Do you know what the difference is between the air 1 vs the air 2?Thankyou!
There is no browser built-in to the glasses, so browsing the internet seems to be a no (you can't download one, afaik). INMO mentioned they'll be sending an AIR 2 for review, not sure what's changed between the two models -yet.
Is it possible to read text messages on the display screen of the glasses, and is it possible to download chat applications such as WhatsApp and Telegram on the glasses?
With these glasses, I only found the applications shown in this video available for download. Unless INMO has made any new updates since this video, what was shown are all the applications that can be installed directly on the glasses. There is no google play store to download other applications, only their own store with a limited set of applications. Hope this answered your questions.
They are releasing their INMO Air 2 product now, from what I understand they are sending one to me for review. The INMO Air (mode shown here) has some limitations, if you don't see something in this video that does what you want don't expect that it will. That is, no I don't think you can do what you've asked.
Are those going to be as good as the Tilt5 AR Glasses created by Jeri Ellsworth and associated items to let you play computer adventure games with a computer screen in sign
Does these AR glasses have apps for dual or triple screens at the same time for long period of time. For example: Screen 1: to do list Screen 2: Microsoft document Screen 3: excel document
Wow. I don't know why it fascinates me but that cursor pointer controlled via head movement is sick! Then maybe selecting stuff can be a single one finger tap on a temple, then secondary click is two fingers. These glasses have so much potential! Great video sir! 👏🤍 Edit: I also think that if ever Apple releases a smart glasses in the future, they'll probably go for a product similar to these ones. This design is way better than XREAL Air's birdbath optics. Way slimmer. Especially the INMO Air 2's!
Thank you for your comment! These glasses have HUGE potential, where it's lacking is software. For example, if INMO could allow the Google Play Store directly on the glasses, this could easily become the hottest pair of smart glasses available. However, there are currently only a handful of applications that can be installed. There is so much potential here, but they must work on the software support to be a big success.
How are these so much less bulky then something like the xreal air glasses yet i havent found these until now? All they would need is a little bit of a software update and they'd alr be ten times better then all of the popular ar glasses
Cool concept, not that practical at that price point for me. Plus I’m sure those things would get me in trouble.. watching something on those glasses while people try to talk to me, tuning them out, and agreeing to something I didn’t understand… haha
Not with these glasses. Also, in this case only one lens has a display. You might want to consider this for connecting to other devices: th-cam.com/video/klIiQgMcds4/w-d-xo.html
@@WagnersTechTalk thanks for the recommendation, well I could feasibly afford these, I still find that the inmo air AR smart glasses have the best price point for entry into the ar glasses market I foresee these would be excellent for some of the more menial purposes that I would have for them, such as needing something to distract myself while I am doing the dishes or cooking, or providing myself information when I am doing something delicate and technical. Thanks for checking it out buddy! Yeah, they need a more realistic price if they want them to sell. I did let them know my opinions while working on this video, hopefully the feedback was constructive/helpful to them. Pretty much everything that was in the video summarized in an e-mail.
They will see a small light in a dark area, but the image would be reversed and they would have to be in your face to get an idea of what you're seeing.
