Figure 2 clockwise - counterclockwise
Female - left side of the pole
Male - right side of the pole
Step 1 Starting with left foot, step 4 measures forward
Step 2 step inside the poles using your left foot and then replace it with your right foot
Step 3 step outside with your left foot.
Step 4 repeat.
