U been to dck i think not, there is SK hospital, dow medical, collage school all operational n sector 13 about 300 vilas will be ready.
Actually u want to promot btk, btk is good project but not reliable, MR n management ruin this project, i know many families move there and in a year they back from btk to city reason no security in btk, high charges n management behavior,

Have you visited BTK, if not then you should. Development and infrastructure of BTK is far more better then DHA or any other society on M9.
But first of all you should watch the video again the guy said that its in his POV that which societies are best on m9

And BTK infrastructure proved it again and again recently in moonsoon when everyone was suffering from flooding BTK residence were enjoying due to best intellectually designed Dams system

Recent electricity break down in whole country proved that point again
BTK residents were not using UPS or generators
I am Bahria resident myself for more than a year haven't face any problem or tried shifting to city.
