It was cool to see it again in Maverick. Let’s not forget Brian Bosworth’s personal motorcycle, a custom wide glide in Stone Cold.
Honorable mention. The dirt bike that raced the Cessna 150 in Iron Eagle. As a pilot that had to be the cheesiest scene in that whole movie. The airplane had full flaps hanging, and it was staggering through the air, so the bike could stay with it.
There was a programme in the 80s about a bike fitted out like the James Bond model, with rockets and weapons. It was called Street Hawk. Pretty much the forerunner of KITT, in Night Rider.

Even if it was only seen for seconds and probably never rideable, I always remember that sick street fighter styled "thing" from the first blade movie. There are some pictures on auction sites for movie props. A working replica based on a Buell would be cool.
Some cool bikes from movies, in no particular order. Radial Chopper in Mad Max Furiosa, From Happy Days Fonzie's 1947 Harley Davidson Knucklehead, Another 47 knuckle is a custom chopper in 1971's The Hard Ride. The main bike from The Worlds Fastest Indian which i think was a 1920 indian scout, The mv agusta f4 spr 750 from I Robot, Judge Dredd's bike the Lawmaster which is a Suzuki GSX 750s (i think the 1995 version where all custom built frames and fiberglass with Kawasaki KLX 650 drivetrains, the 1939 bmw r71 from Inglorious Basterds, 1959 Triumph T120 Bonneville from Harry Potter and the deathly hallows lol. So there's a decent list I think of motorcycles from movies. Out of that list... my personal favorite is probably Fonzie's 1947 Harley Davidson Knucklehead and a close second being the 1939 bmw r71 from inglourious basterds.
Lorenzo Lamas' Softail from "Renegade", I know it's a TV Series but it's still iconic! Charlie Sheen's Softail from "Above the Law" is another classic one! The Y2K rotary turbine helicopter engine bike from the movie "Torque" is the fastest production bike in the world! What about Kid Rock's Chopper in the movie "Biker Boys"?!? Burt Monroe's 1920 Indian Scout Bonneville Salt Flats Streamliner from "World's Fastest Indian"! Great Movie!!! But one of my all-time favorites was Brian Bosworth's FXR Wide Glide from the movie "Stone Cold" it's honestly one of the best "Biker Movies" in my honest opinion!
Hi da Monk, did you know the great escape Steve McQueen bike was later used by The Fonz ? The bikes in Judge Dredd The softail in Renegade. It's not just the bike but the rider in Cannonball or the second one. Damn it's harder than you think.
The Triumph from BarbWire. Because they gave it away and someone from my City won it and it came thru our shop. . Also because Pam Anderson sat on it!! 😂😂😂
Looking back two bikes really started my descent into madness. 1, Nic Cages pan head chopper in Ghost Rider, and 2 the Ducati 1000 / scene from tron legacy.
Okay, i loved the movie FLED because of the Ducati 916's in it... I watched all movies with bikes & cars in them... Once a petrol head always a petrol head.. I'm old, so for me it's the chop I saw in my first motorcycle movie, Blue's Pan from The Wild Angels, and a shoutout to Davie Allan (and the Arrows) doing Blues Theme.
I’ll start by saying even though it’s a Indian. Burt Munro 1920 model in The World’s Fastest Indian. Great movie and unbelievable story what he was able to do in the 60’s building and racing this motorcycle. Got to be one best motorcycle movies made.
The Indian Chief from the film Inferno with Jean Claude Van Damme and Daany Trejo. I know it's an Indian but I like the older Indian bikes. Just putting out there.
Softail with apes and "Grace" on the tank from Pulp Fiction... Zed's dead Baby, Zed's dead. Maybe even the hideous rat bikes from The Lost Boys. Those bikes made me want to ride, and now I've been a motorcycle enthusiast since 1989.
I just want a 1976 bicentennial HD - the one I say in 1976 was owned by a 1% er - he said “look but don’t touch” he was a cool dude and his bike was amazing When he left the MC he had to give them his bike and God knows what else That was like a movie to me.
A few that came to mind were from comic book movies 🎥. The Bat cycle from the 1960s Batman tv and movie and the Bat cycle from The Dark Knight. Another one is the motorcycle in the first Captain America movie. The one motorcycle that made me want to ride as a little kid was the crotch rocket Maverick rode in Top Gun. Just a few that came to mind.
I liked the bike Shia leBouef rides in the beginning of the crystal skull indiana jones movie. If you look close it's actually a twin cam softail springer, similar to a crossbones. They modified it to have more of a knuckle look.
Fastest Indian. Or 1986, John Candy movie Armed and dangerous, Riding a 37 U model HD! And the bas A$$ revolver "It's a 50 Caliber, only legal in 2 states....and this isn't one of them!" HA I know off a tangent!

My favorite motorcycle movie is world’s fastest Indian and the heavily modified 1920 Scout that he used to reach 205.67 mph, which is crazy for a 1920 Scout by the way, is really cool! The XLCR from the race scene in Black Rain is also awesome, but I must say that my favorite, the classic from my childhood, is still the T2 Fat Boy, even if it’s just a stock 1991 Fat Boy. I still own one by the way, not a 1991, but a 1996 which is basically the same bike with the 80 Evo engine.
Not sure if you thought about it or not but born to ride with John stamos has a few old Harley Davidson's and wolverine road a Harley Davidson in his movie as well
