- Newly unsealed court records show that four additional documents with classified markings were found in a closet in former President Donald Trump's bedroom at Mar-a-Lago, four months after the FBI searched the resort. CBS News legal contributor Rebecca Roiphe has more.

It's as if someone is charged with arson, assault, armed robbery and illegal parking and only the parking violation will ever make it to trial.

Well people of one party have been prosecuted by the administration of another party many times. It's called Justice and all judges aren't appointed by the same administration. Don't know where you get the political enemies part from. Right now Senator Menendez has been indicted by Garland's DOJ. If Biden is directing everything how does Cannon get the documents case?
The jury is not appointed and Trump's team had equal say in the selection. President Biden didn't pick Judge Merchan. Trump is the one who tried to get William Barr to arrest people that he called his political enemies. I am sure that If someone in the government would have thought of this and specifically asked for said document, or would have listed it, along with the specific document name on the Official Subpoena or during a phone call or by letter and named as the document requested, this would not have turned into going through our First Lady's private intimate clothing. It is shame where the specific document(s) were never specified.

They should have asked by Document and Box # or at least included the specified documents in their initial removal of their original removal of 15 whole boxes, at least, before the raid was ordered. They went there themselves to retrieve what they wanted long before the raid was ordered.

What they deem"classified" is WIDE open to debate. It may be new curtains for the windows but since thats a secured area its "classified".
Classified documents are marked at the top and bottom with the word "Confidential," "Secret," or "Top Secret."
Each paragraph has a (C), (U), (S) or (TS) next to it.
If it is a multi-page document, there is a statement on the first page that says what the highest level of classification it is and who the classification authority is. If it is just one page, all of that is on the one page.
What they call classified IS NOT WIDE OPEN FOR DEBATE. Get that nonsense out of your head.
