- Put the kettle on, make a cup of tea and join me for a chat about protecting my mental health.
As someone who's previously struggled with his mental health, I need to take extra steps to protect it to prevent it becoming bad again.
What's helped me most is: going to the gym, talking about my mental health, deleting my social media and realising mental health fluctuates and that's ok.
