I used to rock colored eyeliner like this a bunch in the 80’s! Yesterday’s fashion ALWAYS comes back.
I love this because you could incorporate this into a spirit look for like football games or something without having to go too hard into the colors of a team

PICTURRESQUE I Regina That's an original eye makeup! That I would be utterly unable to pull off lets alone create haha! I wonder though for the face makeup, wouldn't it look a bit heavy with natural light? Everything always looks perfect with those bright lights everyone uses on youtube, but we don't get to see the results in actual everyday light.... :(
