3 years and some cam stretch to four but I didn't want to risk it so took the pill whilst it was still in until I got it replaced. There was a time when they didn't send me more pills but I didn't get pregnant so the implant still worked even though it technically expired in May but I'm glad it's replaced and I don't have to worry about it for another 3 years 😁
What you're describing sounds like tics tourettes often comes with OCD I have tourettes there are other tic disorders not just tourettes but you dont have tourettes but if sounds like you have tics 100%
Yeah I defo have some tics just don't think I have touretts but yeah it's all interesting stuff when I was looking into it. But I never want to claim that I have something unless I know for sure :)
